(Hitoshi meaning "Level headed" or "calm" while Jōkijū means "Steam beast")

The Ninjutsu Speciality:
You've choosen to specialize in Ninjutsu; your prowess in jutsus has become uncanny. When using jutsus that are Ninjutsu alone (not genjutsu or other jutsu variant), those jutsus cost half the chakra cost they would normally and you can halve the cooldown for them.

Kekkei Genkai/Special Characteristics:

(Kekkei Genkai and/or Special Characteristics are special powers, techniques and/or unique appearances like cat ears and a tail for example or in basic terms, something unique to your character. They are obtained at birth or through freak occurrences. These cannot be things you would able to teach others or simply obtain through hard work along.)

Name: Boil Release (沸遁, Futton)
Level of Mastery: Master
Effect: Boil Release is one of the two advanced nature kekkei genkai and is created by combining fire and water chakra to create a powerful corrosive vapor capable of melting anything. The user is also able to control the range of the vapor and the level of the vapor's acidity. This technique is strong enough to melt Susanoo's ribs; an impressive feat, as Susanoo is considered the greatest defence.

Name: Titan Release (Kyojinton)
Level of Mastery: Master
Effect: Titan Release is a unique kekki genkai to Jōkijū clan that the Kumokage hails from; this unique kekki genkai allows anyone hailing from the clan to gain the ability to transform into a large giant by causing self injury while having a set goal or objective in mind (failure to have a goal or objective in mind when causing self injury will cause the transformation to fail). Depending on the injury, a burst of lightning shoots out and bursts out, reforming the user into their titan form. The titan forms all produce large amounts of heat, enough that a common sight when a titan is damaged or when transforming, large amounts of steam comes out from them. Also due to the nature of the Titan release, the members normally have prowess into Boil Release.

General Techniques:

(Techniques are not extra abilities, but rather, skills which use your abilities in more extreme forms beyond their basic use. For example... let's say I can shoot fire from my fingers. A technique might be gathering a whole bunch of fire for a few minutes and then shooting a fire-laser from my fingers, doing much more damage than what my ability normally would on it's own. Other special or basic techniques using your normal control over your chakra can also be added here. Think of abilities as special powers - and think of techniques as moves which use the powers you already have. These are moves your character was taught or trained and developed on their own. They are things anyone would be able to learn and perform unless they are dependent on your unique race or abilities. Examples are using a Special Characteristic, let's say large bat wings to block against a attack or something that utilises the above to more degrees then what it is like the sharingan Genjutsu.)

Name: Omni-directional Mobility Gear
Type: Omni-directional mobility with razor blades
Rank: B

Description: The Omni-directional Mobility Gear allows the user to fight in a 3D space as opposed to a 2D one. The gear itself takes the form of a body harness that encompasses much of the body below the neck. Steel wire is stored inside the body. There are two axles, which revolve independently, The functioning part of the operating device is a black box, which the technical department manages and improves in secrecy.

The operating device has two triggers that launch the hooks, a lateral switch that aims the hooks and a brake. Gas is compressed into the cylinder and then blown directly into the fan to make it rotate. The pressure of the gas is regulated to manipulate the output. The blades are made from a Super Hardened Steel, which is both supple and strong, appearing like longer versions of razor blades, which the gear can hold six inside each box that hangs from either side (twelve in total).

These blades are so sharp, they can cut easily armour that is A-rank in nature and with chakra, can cut into chakra based defences with ease.
Although the Gear can grant a skilled user tremendous mobility, it is a demanding art that requires strength, and skill, both of which must be honed through constant practice.

The simplest move possible with the ODMs is simply aiming and firing the grapple hooks at an object and then activating the gas mechanism to reel oneself toward said object. They can then disconnect the hook and continue moving forward.

Usually however, anyone must be able to move around in order to navigate in general. Therefore, they tend to use their momentum in order to swing around targets, not only in rectilinear patterns, but also slaloming between objects and Targets. The gas mechanism is so powerful that it can stop a person from falling without using the hooks.

The ODMs tends to be less efficient in open spaces because the user does not have too many spots where the hooks can be reeled.

Intended Role: Sandaime Kumokage (or Third Cloud Shadow) of Kumogakure (Tier SS-3)
